Dave and I are sad to hear about the passing of your dear mother. Mrs Palisi was a wonderful neighbor to us for many years. She filled us in on the history and activities of the neighborhood. She noticed whenever one of our girls was listed on the honor roll in the Ocean Star. She was especially proud of all of her children, their spouses, and her grandchildren. She always had wonderful stories to tell about her friends and family. It was a pleasure to know her. May she rest in peace.

We are sorry for your loss. Bernice was a very special person in life. Isn't it great to think that a person's life could be so special, and their worth is truly consistent with each and every person's memory of her.
We go way back to living in Rahway, N.J.,when Bernice and Marino were just starting out in their marriage, and my sister, Agnes and brother-in-law Mim Truppa, were also starting out as young couples. What I remember best were all of the laughs!!! We could't stop sometimes.
As the years passed, we shared so many stories, about teaching. We were all in Education, except for Mim. But that didn't stop him...he was the "Humorist" of all time. He often served as Master of Ceremonies at many affairs. We had a lot in common, and when the kids came along the stories grew and grew.
Bernice always made me feel good. She was a good listener and encouraged me throughout the years through life's highs, and lows. She was special and was such
a good friend. Larry and I are so happy to have had the privilege of knowing this wonderful person, named Bernice. xoxo

My deepest sympathies are extended to you and your children during this sad time. I was honored to know Bernice only briefly, but know she was a lovely, happy lady.
May you all have peace in your hearts soon.
